Time Attack is a singleplayer Minigame Mode in Mario Party 9 and Mario Party: Island Tour. The objective of this mode is to beat a set of ten given minigames in the quickest amount of time, while gaining Challenge Bonuses (in Mario Party 9) or Party Stars (in Mario Party: Island Tour) from completing bonus objectives along the way. Achieving each bonus objective will cut three seconds off the player's completion time for that minigame.
