The only Brother Bear that remembered is [[Blizzard]], but he lives too far from Blue to deliver his birthday present.

Blue is a member of the Brothers Bear who appears in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. Besides his fur color, his name refers to how he "has the blues," because feeling discouraged and sad is his main characteristic. Blue holds a harmonica in his artwork and Dixie Kong's Photo Album picture, a further reflection of his personality. In the remake, Blue had his sprite redesigned, and he also wears a red-striped party hat. Blue lives inside his own beach house in Cotton Top Cove.
