After watching [[Birdo]]'s performance of "[[Soul Rumblings]]" in [[Plum Park]], [[Mario]] is able to collect it. Once the Balloons have been picked up, they are wrung out, refill Mario's paint, and become a colorless card. Once they have been used as a card, they return to their original position. The Balloons are a Thing in Paper Mario: Color Splash. After watching Birdo's performance of "Soul Rumblings" in Plum Park, Mario is able to collect it. Once the Balloons have been picked up, they are wrung out, refill Mario's paint, and become a colorless card. Once they have been used as a card, they return to their original position. They can also be purchased from the Wringer for 300 coins and sold as an unpainted card for 1 coin.
