Huey, Paper Mario: Color Splash

The Bone is a Thing in Paper Mario: Color Splash. It is first given by a Toad in Marmalade Valley after Mario frees him from behind some rocks. Once it has been picked up, it is wrung out, refills Mario's paint, and becomes a colorless card. After it is used and before the player uses it at Château Chanterelle, it returns to Marmalade Valley. After using it at Château Chanterelle, it is found at The Golden Coliseum inside a dressing room. It is given by 3 yellow Rescue Squad Toads. One Toad mentions it was stolen from Marmalade Valley. After this point, the Bone is found here. It can also be purchased from the Wringer after collecting it in The Golden Coliseum for 300 coins and sold as an unpainted card for 1 coin. A replica version of the Bone can be collected from the Battle Spin.

When it is used in battle, the scenery changes to a field as the Bone falls into Mario's hands. He throws it behind the enemies and points towards them. Princess rolls towards the bone and takes it, sending the enemies flying away in the process. The player can continuously press A Button as Princess rolls over the enemies to increase the damage dealt.

The Bone is needed at Château Chanterelle and The Golden Coliseum. At Château Chanterelle, Mario must use Cutout and place the Bone card. After Mario throws the Bone, Princess takes it and turns around. She notices Prof. Kinopio and rolls, jumps, and spins on him before leaving. The professor is cheered up after being able to see his pet one last time. At The Golden Coliseum, the Bone is needed for Iggy's battle. Mario must use the Bone to destroy Iggy's chariot to prevent him from avoiding Mario's other attacks. However, using a replica version of the Bone causes Iggy to hit it away and says he will pretend to lose because of the pretend bone. In addition, if the player uses the Bone and fails to destroy Iggy's chariot, he uses his wand to create a large Thwomp to crush Mario, causing an instant Game Over.

The Bone can also be placed into the Prisma Museum, where it can be tested.
