A Bland Meal is a recipe and item found in Paper Mario. It is depicted as a bronze cloche with a grey plate.

A Bland Meal is considered the lowest grade of the Meal-type recipes. It is the Tayce T. counterpart of Zess T.'s Zess Dinner and Dyllis's Dyllis Dinner, from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Super Paper Mario respectively. A Bland Meal replenishes 10 HP and 10 FP, a standard procesure for starters. It can be sold for 15 coins at the Shiver Shop, 12 coins at Koopa's Shop, and 10 coins at all other shops.
