The Scourge on the Skyscraper (Multi Moon title: New Donk City's Pest Problem) is the first story mission of the Metro Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey. The mission's objective is to defeat Mechawiggler.
Layout[edit]
The mission begins at the Odyssey, where Mechawiggler is spotted draining the power from New Donk City, and Mario must pass by Pauline and cross the girders. He must then capture a spark pylon to reach the City Outskirts, then evade several Urban Stingbies and Sherms to reach the next set of girders. A few Goombas and Goomba Towers are encountered before the next segment, which features a few more Sherms. At the New Donk City Hall, Mario can take the staircase to the right of the entrance, leading to an area with a few Goombas. Mario can either capture a spark pylon that takes him to the Heliport or Wall Jump across two girders to the Heliport. Mario must then travel across the next set of girders to an entrance over to the left.
