Level 4-1+ is the first level of Merry Mini-Land Plus in the Nintendo Switch version of Mario vs. Donkey Kong. The target time for this level's Time Attack is 28.00.

Overview

In this level, the player must first tag the Mini-Mario at the bottom, then help it get through a simple maze of red and yellow Flower Fans which must be toggled with Color Switches. The player must be careful on when to use the Color Switches as to avoid dropping the Mini-Mario into a pit of spikes. Once the Mini-Mario is guided to a higher portion of the level, it can be led to the east side, which can be eventually dropped into the locked door below.

Present locations

• Red: At the bottom-left corner of the level on a semisolid platform, next to a yellow upwards Flower Fan, collected by the Mini-Mario.
• Yellow: In a smaller gap that can be accessed by the Mini-Mario, right past the two yellow Color Blocks and above the Locked Door. The Mini-Mario needs to be carried upwards with an activated Red Flower Fan to be able to reach this present.
• Blue: Collected by the Mini-Mario within the first loop of red Flower Fans.
