Electric goop, also known as green goo,[1] is a type of goop that appears in Super Mario Sunshine. Its color consists of a mixture of teal and yellow, and it has electricity visibly surging from it. This type of goop is found only in Sirena Beach. When Mario touches it, he is electrocuted, dealing damage and briefly stunning him. Touching it also causes Mario's colors to be inverted momentarily. Because of their thick soles, the Pianta cleaning staff members of Hotel Delfino are unharmed by the goop; Nokis sink into it much like Piantas and Toads do in regular goop.
