Description | |
"Great for watering plants. If that's too mainstream for you, use it as a plant pot (but then you'll need another watering can to water THOSE plants)." | |
First appearance | Paper Mario: Sticker Star (2012) |
Template:Quote2 The Watering Can is a Thing in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is found in the greenhouse of The Enigmansion. It is atop a shelf Mario must hammer a few times to knock it off, allowing him to collect it. It remains in Mario's Album until it is turned into a sticker at a Sling-a-Thing station. Once it has been used as a sticker, it returns to its original position. It can also be purchased from the Shady Toad for 70 coins.
As a sticker, the watering can takes up only one square in Mario's album. It can be used in any battle for a high amount of damage. If and when it is used, Mario heads offscreen, leaving the can to appear in the top-left corner of the screen. In a similar manner to the Faucet and Teapot, it floods the screen, automatically inflicting a good amount of damage on any enemies onscreen. The player can also tap repeatedly to get better results.
The watering can may also be placed into the Sticker Museum as #11, alongside the other water-related Things. Its museum description describes it as difficult to operate but satisfying to use. Its simpler description simply states it is great for watering plants as well as holding plants.
