Red crusts[1] are objects appearing in New Super Mario Bros. 2. They are situated on top of volcanoes[1], and if a Bob-omb explodes near them, they disintegrate and release coins. Only four appear in World 2-B, though one in the level's underground area must be destroyed in order to obtain the level's second Star Coin.
