Vault is a real-life Olympic event in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games and it is under the "Gymnastics" category, along with Trampoline. The player must use a springboard and vault across the horse to do various spins and somersaults in the air. The player flicks the Wii Remote and Nunchuk in different ways to perform tricks and earn points. Score is out of 10. If a player fails, they will have to go again.
Description
Run up to the springboard and vault across the horse, performing spins and somersaults in the air. A maximum of 10 points will be awarded, depending on your mid-air performance and the skill of your landing. The best of three attempts is recorded.

- Slide stylus - Run
- Tap - Jump off vault/perform tricks
Missions
Blaze
Vault is Blaze the Cat's fourth mission. To win her mission, she must recover a stagger from landing twice.
