World 
Star-4 is an auto-scrolling beach-themed level. It features a Porcupuffer which chases Mario all the way through the stage which has wooden lifts and moving platforms. Koopa Troopas are found along the way as well.
Moon Coins
- Moon Coin 1: The first Moon Coin is just before the Midway Flag, above a wooden structure. It is in clear view on the left.
- Moon Coin 2: At the end of the Porcupuffer area is a Mini Pipe. To enter it and get the Moon Coin, Mario or Luigi must be mini.
- Moon Coin 3: The final Moon Coin is in the last area of the level. It is found under a bouncing platform.
