Item Hog is a badge in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its Switch remake. It can be bought from Dazzle for five Star Pieces or rarely dropped by Dark Koopatrol, Dull Bones, and Dry Bones. When Mario equips the badge, it boosts the likelihood of items being dropped from battle, and by equipping multiple of the same badge, the chances of items dropping are increased further.
