Mecha March is a Bowser Jr. minigame in Mario Party 9.
Introduction[edit]
Bowser Jr. is seen using a legged machine that looks like a Koopa Clown Car, as it turns back.
Gameplay[edit]
The duo must pilot its legged vehicle in order to catch up to Bowser Jr. in his own. The players do this by waving their s alternately to move the machine legs for the vehicle to walk through the corridor. When wreckage is found on the floor, the players must shake their s at the same time to jump over it. As the players get closer to Bowser Jr., he begins to panic and move faster. Right near the end, Bowser Jr. begins to move slowly as he passes underneath the gate. The players win if they kick Bowser Jr.'s machine before he passes the gate at the end. Otherwise, he wins.
Ending[edit]
If the players' machine kicks Bowser Jr., he and his vehicle are launched forward through the ceiling. If Bowser Jr. enters the gate, it closes and he escapes.
