Luigi 3 is the third level of Moonlight Mansion in Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge. Mini Luigi is the only Mini that is allowed in the level.

Overview

Mini Luigi begins near the bottom left of the level, blocked off by Pink Blocks on the left, with the amiibo Door on some yellow blocks on the right. To reach the door, the player must remove the candle above Mini Luigi to disable the yellow blocks above him, then take the Pink Blocks near Mini Luigi and place them in the row three blocks below the yellow block structure. After tapping on Mini Luigi, he uses his High Jump to leap to a ledge in the bottom left; the player must then place the candle back in the slot below the blocks to allow Mini Luigi to pass by a Boo and enter a red Warp Pipe. They should then place a candle in the space next to the pipe Mini Luigi entered so after he falls from the top left, he jumps onto three yellow blocks; next, the player must use Pink Blocks to build a staircase to lead him to a green pipe near the top. They must then place a candle below these blocks to allow Mini Luigi to reach a ledge near two rows of Pink Block gaps. Finally, player should place two more candles on this ledge and above the amiibo Door so Mini Luigi jumps to a ledge at the top right and falls past three Boos onto the blocks with the amiibo Door, completing the level.

amiibo Tokens

The regular amiibo Token is on a small ledge at the top. The player should follow the route to the amiibo Door, but after Mini Luigi reaches the ledge with the candle space, they must place four Pink Blocks in the lower row to the left; when Mini Luigi is walking on them, they should place a candle in the space below the ledge to make four blocks solid. This allows Mini Luigi to High Jump onto the blocks and climb onto the ledge with the token.

The Golden amiibo Token is to the left of the green pipe at the bottom, guarded by a Boo moving up and down. The player should follow the route to the amiibo Door, but after Mini Luigi reaches the ledge in the middle, they should not place any Pink Blocks down, instead placing a candle in the space below the amiibo Door and removing the three Pink Blocks on the right. This allows him to slide down a slope through three Boos and enter the green pipe at the bottom, emerging from the pipe in the top right. After Mini Luigi falls to the ground, the player should place a candle to the left of the bottom-left green pipe and remove the two nearby Pink Blocks, placing them in the two lowest slots near this candle. Mini Luigi will fall into the hole and use his High Jump to leap onto the Pink Blocks and collect the amiibo Token.
