"Les aventures de Tarzkong" is a skit that aired as part of Donkey Kong Planet. Its title is a reference to Les aventures de Tarzan, the French name of The Adventures of Tarzan, with "Tarzkong" being a portmanteau of Tarzan and Kong.
Summary[edit]
The skit stars Donkey Kong (who is named Tarzkong), Diddy Kong, and Mélanie Angélie. Diddy is upset because he missed his opportunity of becoming a big star in a city, so Tarzkong and Mélanie try to cheer him up. Eventually, both Tarzkong and Mélanie cheer Diddy up after informing him that there are no bananas in the city, but there are bananas in the jungle. To celebrate, Mélanie suggests that they should dance, and the trio then proceeds to dance to the song "Macarena" by the Spanish pop duo Los del Río.
