Details

Mario version

A coin-operated bumper kart from Banpresto featuring Mario.

The driver rides in a car with a Mario statue behind the seat. Before the car moves, the card dispenser would dispense a card. The driver then can drive around for a limited amount of time while a sped-up version of the title theme from Super Mario World plays. While driving, two buttons can be pressed. One makes Mario speak, and another honks the horn[1]. Two versions of this ride have been released. One is red with white outlines, yellow wheels, and checkered flags on the front. The other one is orange with black outlines and wheels, a different Mario statue, and Mario's symbol is also at the front of the car[2].

Yoshi version

A coin-operated bumper kart from Banpresto featuring Yoshi.

The driver rides on Yoshi with a Galoomba and some mushrooms besides him and a cracked Yoshi egg behind him. Just like the Mario versions, a sped-up version of the title theme from Super Mario World plays as the driver drives the car. Two buttons can be pressed while driving. One makes Yoshi speak and another honks a horn[3].
