Dueling Drums was presumably an Adobe Flash game available from the official Mario Party website. The game was one of two Adobe Flash games made to promote Mario Party 3.
Notes
Though the game itself has not been archived, it is likely that the Flash game was inspired by The Beat Goes On, as both the minigame and the Flash game appear to revolve around drums.
