Heroine Quiz! is a 4-player minigame in Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games for the Wii. It is similar to Hero Quiz!, although this quiz focuses on female characters instead, specifically Princess Peach, Princess Daisy, Amy and Blaze. Additionally, the host is Birdo.
Gameplay
In this game, players answer three of either yes-or-no or 4-multiple-choice questions. Points are reward for correct answers, while its value is determined by how quickly it is answered. The one with the most points is the winner, even if it is a tie.

- The contestant with the highest score at the end wins. Answering quickly is the key to victory.
