Short Version Theme Song

This article lists lyrics for the "short version" of the theme song, but where is this version used? I was curious, so I went through every episode one-by-one but did not encounter it. I'm probably going to double-check later, but if it's only used once that seems remarkable enough to be noted somewhere, perhaps in a trivia section if not in the main body. What to do with "Ashita ni Nattara" and "Banana Tengoku"

Unlike other translations of the show, he Japanese version of includes a different theme for the opening and the ending (with both being named "Ashita ni Nattara" and "Banana Tengoku" respectively). Neither of these themes are listed here, however, they both appear in a short CD titled "Donkey Kong - Ashita ni Nattara...", having a vocal and a "karaoke" version, as well as in Donkey Konga 3. With these two songs making a relative amount of appearances outside the show, is it worth giving them separate articles? (The CD should also get a page at some point).
