Golden Mario is a form that Mario takes at the end of the Donkey Kong Country arc in Super Mario-kun Volume 15. It is a variation of the invincible form.

With King K. Rool having the upper hand against the heroes, after trapping Donkey Kong in a cage, Rambi, Enguarde, and Winky comes to Mario's aid, but with the former being neutralized by a cannonball and the other two being outside their element, they pass their animal tokens to Mario, that turns him into Golden Mario. With this new power, Mario lands a punch in K. Rool's inflated belly, piercing it and making him fly away like a popped balloon.
