The Mushroom Crepe (called a Shroom Crepe in the original GameCube version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door) is an item made by mixing Cake Mix with an Ultra Mushroom in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its Nintendo Switch remake. It can be sold anywhere for fifty coins, or 100 coin in international releases, and heals thirty HP and twenty FP. It replaces the Sweet Shroom from Paper Mario.
The Mushroom Crepe makes a reappearance in Super Paper Mario, where it is now made by mixing a Shroom Shake with a Cake Mix. In this game, it restores twenty HP and cures poison.
