The Drill Mushroom[1] is a power-up item that first appeared in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. It takes the form of a mushroom with a gray drill and a red base in place of the cap. Upon picking it up, it will turn the user into their Drill form[1], giving them the ability to drill through the ground and ceiling along with being able to defeat enemies from below similar to the Spiny Shell helmet from Super Mario Maker. The Drill Mushroom's physical appearance resembles the Spin Drill from Super Mario Galaxy 2.
