World 17-7 is the seventh level of World 17 of Super Mario Challenge from Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS.

Course layout

The first area has a Boo almost directly above the starting point which carries a Bill Blaster that shoots Super Mushrooms, a wall which cannot be jumped up normally, a Key Door, and a Warp Door on a Conveyor Belt. Taking the Warp Door, the player falls onto a Shoe Goomba, but the Warp Door can't be taken. Nearby is a Warp Pipe that spits Shoe Goombas. After getting a Goomba's Shoe, the player then needs to defeat four Boos on a Muncher to continue. After defeating the Boos, the player encounters two pits with Lava Bubbles coming out of each pit and a Stretch in between them. Three Boos lead to the first Pink Coin located above a Semisolid Platform, while the normal route has a Stretch and a Dry Bones. After another pit, there are two Stretches and three winged Hidden Blocks, two of which contain winged Boos and the other contains a Shoe Goomba. Next to this area is a Strech and Spike Traps that act as a stair to the second Pink Coin. Next to this is regular ground stairs with three winged Stretches patrolling them. After this is three different sections. The top has four ? Blocks. The first contains just one coin, the second contains several coins, the third contains a Shoe Goomba, and the fourth contains a winged Boo. The middle section has the third and final Pink Coin if the player jumps out of a Goomba's Shoe. The bottom has a Conveyor Belt going towards a pit and the opposite side is the exit of a One-Way Wall. A Super Mushroom can be found near this exit. After three Boo stairs, a Circling Boo appears in a Lakitu's Cloud. To the right are three Big Boos and the Goal Pole. To the left and above is a Key Door. This Key Door leads to an area above the first area. There are two Warp Pipes that can be entered. The bottom, which can easily be reached, but One-Way Walls prevent the player to take the other Warp Pipe. This leads to another Warp Pipe that leads to above and to the right of the Flagpole. The other Warp Pipe requires the player to jump out of a Goomba's Shoe and be Super Mario due to the Spike Traps. This leads to the section under the other Warp Pipe's section, but the player can encounter a Big Shoe Goomba by hitting the ? Block and then get a Key from the nearby Circling Boo using the Big Goomba's Shoe stomps. Taking the other Warp Pipe here leads back to the start area where, if the player got the second Key and gets the Bill Blaster under the Key Door, use the Key Door to find an area with two ? Blocks containing 1-Up Mushrooms and a Warp Door to the top of the Flagpole.
