The Quacker is a small hang-on type bike that appears in Mario Kart Wii. The vehicle is in the shape of a duck toy with exhaust pipes that resemble duck wings. The emblem is located on the back and on the neck.

The bike's kart counterpart is the Cheep Charger. The two vehicles also share the apparent children's toy-design theme and are based on a type of animal which swims.

Toad's Quacker makes a cameo appearance as a trophy in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.

Stats

Speed: 32/80
Weight: 17/80
Acceleration: 67/80
Handling: 60/80
Drift: 62/80
Off-Road: 48/80
Mini-Turbo: 57/80
Vehicle type:
Hang-on

The Quacker has the best acceleration in the game, making it recover from items such as Bananas and Shells almost immediately. It also has great handling, drifting, and mini-turbo, and decent offroad. However, the bike itself has quite low speed (being the third slowest vehicle in the game) and is also the lightest vehicle in the game, which makes it very easy for heavier vehicles to push it off an edge or onto grass, and it only drifts off-road when combined with Toadette. It is the slowest inward drifting bike in the game, but has the best handling of the inward drifting bikes. It is unlocked by winning the 150cc Star Cup, or by playing 2,400 races. The Quacker has the same speed stat as the Sugarscoot and the same drift stat as the Mach Bike, both of which are medium sized vehicles. If Toad uses the Quacker, it has the best acceleration in the game and its drift surpasses that of the Bullet Bike by one point. The Quacker also has the same off-road stat as the Daytripper. It is one of three vehicles to combine high handling and drifting (the other two being the Classic Dragster and Cheep Charger); the two are usually negatively correlated. The Quacker has the highest stat total out of any vehicle in the game, with 343 stat points.

Toad + Quacker Toad + Quacker trophy from Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Wii Mario Kart Wii (04/2008) Though its appearance calls to mind an infant's toy, the Quacker is really a fully functional motorbike with some serious acceleration. That's because its frame is so light, you might expect it to float on the water like a swan boat! But that lightness also makes it easy for other karts to push around, so try to stay out of trouble. Despite just looking like a child's plaything, the Quacker is a fully-functional motorbike with serious acceleration and a frame so light you'd think it'd be able to float on water like a swan boat! That lightness makes it easy for other karts to push it around, though, so avoid drawing attention to yourself as you slip by your rivals.
