Koopie Koo is Koops' girlfriend. She appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. After Koops left Petalburg with Mario, she waits for Koops to return home a strong Koopa. She can be pretty overprotective of him at times.

Strangely, she can be seen in the Paper Game of the Pianta Parlor.
