Kamella
Kamella is a boss character that appears in Super Mario Galaxy. She looks similar to a Magikoopa wearing a purple robe. Her appearance is identical to that of Kammy Koopa from the Paper Mario series, differing only in the colour and shape of her glasses and Kamella's lack of long gray hair. She is fought the first time at the Space Junk Galaxy and a second time at the Deep Dark Galaxy.
Appearance
Kamella, like all Magikoopas, is a floating Koopa in a flowing robe and wizard hat. She generally alternates between shooting fireballs and Koopa shells at Mario. She also has the ability to summon reinforcements, such as other Magikoopas. Her purple with pink rimmed style of clothing may indicate that she is or at the very least was based on Kammy Koopa.
Combat
The fastest way to defeat Kamella is to grab the Koopa shells she summons and toss them back at her. If she is floating in an easily accessible place, a Star Spin will also cause her damage. Her attacks become more dangerous as she takes damage (for instance, she beings firing multiple fireballs at once). Kamella requires three hits to defeat.
