This is a list of all Event Courses and courses released by Official creators in Super Mario Maker. Event Courses and Official creators were added as part of the 1.20 update.
Event Courses
Event Courses are stages created by officially-endorsed partners and released by Nintendo. These stages may contain new Costume Mario costumes.

Tri Force Heroes
|
|
An underground course designed with references to The Legend of Zelda, created to promote the at the time recently-released The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes. Clearing the stage unlocks the Totem Link costume.

Three heads are better than one! Work together with your fellow heroes, and no puzzle or challenge will stand in your way- that's the way things work in The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes! And now you can experience that world as a Mario course. Form a three-hero totem and head for the goal!

Arino Maker
|
|
One of three courses created by Shinya Arino, host of GameCenter CX. The stage is an underground stage with multiple paths to the end. Clearing this or either of his other stages unlocks the Arino KACHO costume.

This course was made by Arino KACHO, from the popular Japanese video-game variety-show GAMECENTER CX. Here's a comment from the KACHO himself: "There's more than one route to the end, so try to find them all. If you mess up on the final path, I call it the Bow-Down Goal!"

Arino Maker Returns

|
The second of three courses created by Shinya Arino. It is an underwater course based on his "desire to take a leisurely swim through an underwater level." Clearing this stage or one of the other two unlocks the Arino KACHO costume.

An overworld course and the third course made by Arino. The course was designed to be "a Mario experience like you've never seen before." Clearing this or one of the two other courses created by Arino unlocks the Arino KACHO costume.

Super Bakarhythm Land

An overworld course created by Japanese comedian Bakarhythm, who starred in commercials for the game in Japan.

This course was made by the comedian Bakarythm, who is featured in the Japanese TV commercials of Super Mario Maker. Here's a comment from Bakarhythm himself: "I love Mario and have played tons of Mario games, so I tried to fill this course with all kinds of fun tricks and traps."

Ship Love

An airship level. This course was selected as the winner of the Super Mario Maker Facebook "Hackathon" event, held at the Facebook headquarters before the release of the game.

SUPER MARIO KUN 25th Anniversary

A ground level, created by Mr. Yukio Sawada, creator of the Japanese manga, Super Mario-Kun. Clearing this stage unlocks the Super Mario Kun costume.

This course was made by Mr. Yukio Sawada, the creator of the Japanese manga series SUPER MARIO KUN. The first half features an anniversary message, but don't think this will be an easy ride- the second half is packed with enemies! If you reach the goal, you'll earn a SUPER MARIO KUN costume for Mario to wear.

In the Makers menu is a tab for Official creators, which contains courses created by Nintendo themselves. These courses are released under the name of one of several characters in the game.
