The WarioWare Gold souvenir Orbulon Voice Changer being used.
“This odd contraption can make you sound just like Orbulon. It's one of Dr. Crygor's most-prized, and least-used, inventions.”
In-game description, WarioWare Gold

The Orbulon Voice Changer is an available souvenir in WarioWare Gold. It is sorted under Miscellaneous. When using this collectible, the player may speak into an Orbulon-resembling voice transmitter invented by Dr. Crygor with input to the mic. The game plays back warbly sound effects. The effects overlap with the player's voice, which makes the player's voice sound more like Orbulon. As the game only cares about mic input, it technically responds to any sound rather than exclusively voices. The volume of the sound effects is proportional to the volume of the input.

The Orbulon Voice Changer is displayed on the Touch Screen, though its menu uses both screens and is a continuous playfield. Each time the Orbulon Voice Changer picks up a sound, the antennae on top of it extends upward then retracts back to the base. Louder noises correspond to the antenna growing farther. Balloons and stars scroll from right to left on the Top Screen at varying heights. If the antenna hits one of them, balloons pop while stars turn blue and are bounced away. In either case, the glasses of the Orbulon Voice Changer bounce a little.
