Item Shop (Wario Land 4)
The Item Shop in the Game Boy Advance game Wario Land 4 is a place where Wario can spend his Frog Medals earned in the Minigame Shop in exchange for items to assist him in defeating a boss by doing pre-damage at the battle's start. The shopkeeper is Mr. Game & Watch. The more effective the item has on damaging a boss, the more Frog Medals it is likely to cost. The price of the items also varies on the game mode. For example, an item in hard mode would be more expensive than the same item in normal mode. The Smile is the only thing in the Item Shop that is free. It is a joke item, because selecting it will just play a sound effect, and Mr. game & Watch will smile at the player.

Each item deals a fixed amount of damage to each boss. All damage totals are shown below. The last four items are not available for use against the first boss, Spoiled Rotten.
