This is another vertical level. But Mario starts at the top of the level and the door is located at the bottom-left corner of the level above three blocks. The level has several ropes at the top of the level, some at the middle and the bottom section of the level. There are two bat caves at the uppermost section of the level beside the set of ropes. Below the first eight ropes that Mario travels is a spike pit. Mini Mario is at the left hand side of the top section. Below him is a ladder. Between the ladder and the spike pit is a hole which is one block width and allows Mini Mario to go to two conveyor belts travelling to the left such that Mini Mario can go to lower parts of the level. Below the first ladder is a room which can be accessed by Mini Mario only. It has a spring which allows Mini Mario to exit the room. Next to the room is another ladder. There is a Sleeping Spear Guy next to the ropes at the middle of the level. The bottom part of the level has another Sleeping Spear Guy, a rope and a hammer.

This is a horizontal level. Mario starts at the bottom right corner of the level next to Mini Mario. Next to them is a ladder which can be activated when the blue switch is pressed. Above them is a yellow switch and some platforms for Mario to go to the swing bar. There is a spike pit below the middle part of the swing bar. Next to the pit are blocks which can be activated by pressing the yellow switch. Below the spikes is a platform which allows access to both parts of the level for Mini Mario (After activating the yellow switch, Mario cannot use the platform as the yellow blocks makes it impossible for him to use). Below the platform are four cannons. For the left hand side of the level, there is a Bob-omb dispenser at the ground. Next to it are two breakable blockades which are horizontally placed and a blue switch. The blue switch activates blocks which acts as steps for Mini Mario to return to higher place. It is next to the breakable blockades. Above the blue blocks is a platform which can be activated after pressing the yellow switch. It makes the gap between the door and the middle platform smaller. So that Mini Mario can reach the door, located above the blue switch.

Enemies

5-DK+

5-DK+ of Mario vs. Donkey Kong
5-DK+.

Much like in Mystic Forest, the boss level contains conveyor belts on each side and positions Donkey Kong on a high normal platform in the middle with a switch in front of him. DK throws red Bob-ombs (that function no differently to the ones seen in recent levels) on the conveyor belts to the side to try to hit Mario. Beyond that, there are differences; the middle three fifths of the ground are now blocks that can be destroyed by the Bob-ombs that are thrown, beneath which there are spikes that instantly kill Mario upon contact. The large conveyor belts seen in Mystic Forest's boss level has been replaced by two smaller conveyor belts (meaning there are now six on each side as opposed to five) to make the stage more exposed to the newly added spikes if the blocks are broken. However, also like before, Mario must attack Donkey Kong by throwing Bob-ombs at (or having them explode near) him four times in order to win. After the completion of this level, Twilight City Plus is unlocked.

The high score for this boss is 20000.
