Armads are armadillo-like enemies that appear in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

History

Super Mario Bros. Wonder

Armads first appear in the Sunbaked Desert level Armads on the Roll. Upon seeing a player, an Armad will curl up into a ball and roll at the player. If an Armad is on a slope, it will roll down it. If a player jumps on an Armad, it will be rolled up and can be picked up and thrown, just like Koopa Troopas. Some Armads have coin trails behind them.

Minecraft

In the Super Mario Mash-up in Minecraft, Armadillos are retextured to look like Armads. They are the first new enemies from Super Mario Bros. Wonder to appear in the game.
