The Hidden Block Card is an item that appears in the Mario Party mode of Super Mario Party, Mario Party Superstars and Super Mario Party Jamboree; in the latter, it is formatted as Hidden-Block Card. When used, a hidden block appears, which has a chance to award either coins or Stars when hit.
