Miracle Rolls are game food items created by Eggman Nega in the Story Mode of Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. Inside the Tokyo '64, Bowser and Dr. Eggman have effects upon eating them, but Mario and Sonic have none.
