The Mushroom Crepe (called a Shroom Crepe in the original GameCube version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door) is an item made by mixing Cake Mix with an Ultra Mushroom in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its Nintendo Switch remake.
