Dual Dragon
Dual Dragons, in Wario World.
Model from Wario World
Species Dragon
First appearance Wario World (2003)

Dual Dragon is a large, red, two-headed dragon which serves as the boss of Spooktastic World in Wario World. The battle takes place in Spooktastic World's third stage, Dual Dragon's Showdown, a swamp located inside a dark forest, which can be accessed after completing Wonky Circus. Wario must defeat Dual Dragon in order to earn a piece of the Huge Treasure Chest Key and gain access to Thrillsville.

Dual Dragon has three attacks; one of these is spewing out Glue Globes. A few seconds after one head spits out the Globes, the opposite head will inhale them. Wario must avoid being stuck on any of the globes so that he will not be dragged into the harmful water. If Wario gets too close to one of Dual Dragon's tails, it will attempt hit him with it. Its final attack involves one of the heads breathing fire, which covers the entire top half of the arena. Later on in the match, embers will start erupting from the fire stream and landing on the bottom half of the arena.

Normally, when one head breathes fire, the other will move out of the way. However, Wario can temporarily knock one of the heads unconscious by attacking it repeatedly. This will cause Dual Dragon to get hit by its own fire, which removes one skull from its health meter. After doing this five times, Dual Dragon will sink into the water and Wario will receive the second piece of the Huge Treasure Chest Key.
