The Taimu Kinoko is a type of Mushroom from Mario & Wario. A Taimu Kinoko is a very rare item that only appears in certain courses, and they function similarly to the Clocks of other games by refilling the Time Gauge. To grab one, Wanda must make her character walk over to it.
