The town area is one of the areas in Shroom City from Mario Party Advance. If the player selects Mario, they will start here. It lies to the east of the horror area and desert area and to the north-east of the seaside area.

Like its name states, it looks like an ordinary town, and is also the main part of the city, consuming of seventeen places and eighteen quests to do. The town area is made up of these places:
