Template:Species-infobox Piranha Sprouts are enemies encountered in Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker and its Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS ports. They are common enemies that appear in various stages. They are small orange Mole-like Piranha Plants with a large white mouth. They sprout out of the ground to spit rocks at Captain Toad or Toadette, then bury back into the ground. They cannot be defeated by landing on them, but if they are plucked while buried, they can be thrown which both collects items and defeats them.
