World 
Coin-4 is the fourth level of World Coin in New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
Layout
This is a desert-based level that takes place underground. The whole level is completed using a moving platform. There are many Sand Geysers that the player can jump on. The primary enemies are Koopa Troopas and Koopa Paratroopas. Propeller Mushrooms are the power-up encountered here.
Star Coins
- Star Coin 1: At the beginning of the level, over some Dash Coins.
- Star Coin 2: Halfway through the level, at the top of Dash Coins and brown platforms.
- Star Coin 3: Suspended in midair. A Koopa Shell or Propeller Suit is recommended.
