Ninji
Ninjis jumping on spikes.

Ninjis[1] are Ninji toys in Mario vs. Donkey Kong. They jump up and down in one spot, acting much like the second type of Ninjis in Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic and Super Mario Bros. 2, and can give Mario a boost to higher places if he jumps on their harmless heads. They have a windup key on their back like the rest of the mini-minions, are have a purple coloration like the version of the Ninjis seen in Super Mario All-Stars, BS Super Mario USA, and Super Mario Advance. They are first seen in Fire Mountain.
