Li'l Boos are smaller Boos that appear in the game Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They are found in the alternate dimension of Smithy's Factory. Li'l Boos are stronger than Boos, but they share the same attacks. They even have a similar stat layout, with both having high Magic Defense, low Defense, and middling Magic Attack. However, unlike Boos, Li'l Boos' Attack stat matches that of their Magic Defense.

Their name outside of Japan suggests a weaker Boo, but they are much stronger. Furthermore, the weaker Boos in the American version are known as "The Big Boo". Despite this, their Japanese name is simply High Boo.
