This article is under construction. Therefore, please excuse its informal appearance while it is being worked on. We hope to have it completed as soon as possible.
Bloo Bay Beach is a location from Paper Mario: Color Splash. The path leading here is unlocked after getting the blue Mini Paint Star from either Cherry Lake or Indigo Underground, and completing it unlocks a path to Daffodil Peak. Collecting the blue Mini Paint Star in Plum Park also leads to this level, but since it cannot be accessed without having completed Bloo Bay Beach, this path's only purpose is to serve as a shortcut on the world map.
Oceanfest takes places here, a festival where Mario has to pass two trials featuring the Five Fun Guys in order to get a key to the end of the level.
The blue Chosen Toad is found here too. Mario has to rescue him by using the Fan Thing, and later the Toad stops a giant wave originated by the Fan before swallowing Mario.
