Template:Kart-infobox The Rally Romper (or Tiny Titan in North America), is a small kart that appears in the game Mario Kart Wii. It is a kart that can only be used by small characters. It is based on the Monster from Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally. The Rally Romper is unlocked by unlocking one expert staff ghost.

The Rally Romper has an excellent off-road rating, which enables it to take off-road shortcuts without worrying about losing a lot of speed. Its off-road is only surpassed by its bike counterpart, the Magikruiser.

Despite its appearance, the Rally Romper's weight is nowhere near the weight of a large vehicle, though it is the heaviest of the small vehicles.
