To achieve this transformation, Wario must be stung by a bee enemy, like a Beezley from Wario Land 4 (showing that Wario may be allergic to bees). He will then swell up, filling his head with air, allowing him to slowly float upward like Kirby. When Wario hits against an object, he turns back to his normal form and goes back onto the ground.
