A ninja Shy Guy, Zeus Guy throws balls of energy at Yoshi in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. Licking him does no good, and stepping on him stuns him temporarily. Take him out with a Fire Watermelon. They are usually found in groups of two. If you get too close, within the minimum range of their balls of energy, they'll kick or punch you.
During the events of Yoshi's Island DS, Zeus Guys were found in Big Guy the Stilted's Castle. Instead of looking like anything like their prequel counterparts, Zeus Guys resembled Snifits and had the ability to shoot four segments of fire. They helped Yoshi out by melting unbreakable ice even Baby Bowser could not reach. Zeus Guys appeared in the Island Museum.
