Block Monolifts are dark-blue Monolifts with pale yellow eyes that appear in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, where they assist Mammoshka in battle by coming into battle with blocks of ice containing various types of headgear that will prevent Mammoshka's weakness being exploited with varying degrees of effectiveness. These pieces of headgear include a wooden pail, a slightly cracked blue helmet or a spiked red helmet.

In the battle against Mammoshka X, Block Monolift X appear instead. They have the same role, but have higher stats.
