Yoshi's Island is a game board in both Itadaki Street DS and Fortune Street, based on the location of the same name.
History
Itadaki Street DS
Yoshi's Island is one of the Super Mario boards that appear in Itadaki Street DS. Its board design resembles a stamp, and has the players travel towards the southward larger side of the board from the smaller northward side in one of two equally effective directions. In Tour mode, the player has to place third or higher against Yoshi, Yangus, and Luigi in Yoshi's scenario and place first against Mario, Toad, and Kiryl in Mario's scenario. Beating the board in Yoshi's scenario unlocks the Yoshi hat and Yoshi suit cosmetics for the player.
