The backgrounds of the levels there are a different color (or completely different design in the remake) than in the original world it is based on. This bonus level features several sand blocks that the player needs to crumble to reach some of the 1-Up Mushrooms located in the lower portions of the level. Like other bonus levels, the player needs to catch the flying key and bring it to the chest at the bottom of the level for more extra lives.
