Level 2-DK+ is the seventh and final level of Donkey Kong Jungle Plus in Mario vs. Donkey Kong and its remake, and the eleventh (ninth in the GBA version) fight against Donkey Kong. The high score for the level in the original version is 20000. In the Nintendo Switch remake, the target time for this level's Time Attack is 60.00.
Layout[edit]
The level is a redone version of Level 2-DK, though with additional spikes the player has to avoid. Touching the spikes will instantly defeat the player regardless of how much health they have. To damage Donkey Kong, the player needs to drop fruit onto him as he moves on a platform below. Every time he's hit, he moves faster for a brief moment while throwing up Snapjaws. After the third hit, Donkey Kong will move at his fastest constantly. Hitting Donkey Kong four times will defeat him and the player can move on to Fire Mountain Plus.
